What we correct
We correct factual errors, misleading wording, broken or inappropriate sources, unsafe instructions, material omissions, and outdated information that changes the meaning of a guide.
How to report an issue
Use the Contact page and include the page URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, and a source or explanation that helps us verify the issue. The public contact channel will appear there when available.
How changes are handled
We review the original context and relevant evidence. Material changes update the page’s modified date and may include a correction note when readers would otherwise misunderstand the earlier version.
What we do not change
We do not remove accurate information merely because it is inconvenient, and we do not accept paid requests to alter editorial conclusions. We may update tone or examples when doing so improves clarity without changing meaning.
